Desert Oasis Manufactured Home Community is owned by Dean W. Pollman.

Mr. Pollman is chief executive officer and owner of Gunner, LLC. He has been a successful business owner for over 30 years, involved in housing sales, development of housing communities, and subdivisions.

During his career, his mission has been to bring quality, affordable housing to communities in the states of Oregon, Washington, New Mexico, and California. His incredible drive and work ethic has made him a leader in the industry.

Mr. Pollman’s success is largely attributed to an efficiently run organization and highly qualified employees.

Over the span of his career, he has developed five subdivisions, three housing communities, creating a total of 522 home sites, and has sold over 10,000 homes. In addition, he has developed numerous individual home sites.
